8. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

9. How do I care for my natural fiber products?

Cotton: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, air dry if possible.

Wool: Hand wash in cool water or dry clean.

Linen: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, or hang dry.

Refund & Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

If we do accept returns for certain products in the future, the following will apply:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect

At this time, no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless an error was made on our part.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

We use standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed

packages.
